The team needed logistics that could keep pace with growth, remove manual steps and surface the right delivery information to customers at the moment of purchase.
Cabrio Supply designs, manufactures, and sells accessories for convertibles, with a showroom in Vaassen, the Netherlands, and a large online range of more than 10,000 items. The assortment is very diverse, and daily demand is significant.
Processing 100 to 250 orders per day, coordinating many brands and carriers, and keeping customers informed created a complex logistics process that became too difficult to manage.
As the company had grown, it had added more and more carriers and sales channels (such as Amazon), and the next steps were clear:
Cabrio Supply implemented Transsmart integrated with Magento. Shipping and associated data, including track and trace codes, are created automatically.
Using the nShift API, track and trace information is written directly into the Magento account area so customers can see parcel status without chasing support.
Operationally, the team no longer spends time deciding which carrier suits a given order. Automation reduces manual handling and makes order status consistently visible in the webshop, improving the customer experience and supporting continued growth.
