Expanded partner capabilities and new integrations enhance delivery-management performance, supporting over one billion annual shipments 

nShift, the global leader in delivery and experience management, today announced significant momentum from its partner ecosystem in 2025. Over the past year, nShift has expanded its network of certified partners, launched new integrations and customer deployments, and supported more organizations across ecommerce, retail, manufacturing and logistics to transform how they manage delivery. 

Through the 2025 Partner Program, software vendors, systems integrators, implementation partners, and ecommerce and logistics-focused agencies have deepened their delivery-management expertise and brought new integrated offerings to market. In 2025, nShift welcomed 41 new partners and recognized 17 partners that achieved new certification milestones. These partners are part of an ecosystem that connects ecommerce and business-to-business (B2B) supply chains with more than 1,000 carriers, supporting over one billion shipments every year. 

2025 partner ecosystem highlights 

The 2025 program delivered stronger partner capability, more integrated solutions, and greater value for shared customers. 

  • Certification momentum across Europe and the Nordics. Gold, Silver and Bronze partners strengthened their expertise across ecommerce, enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS) and ecommerce platforms used by both B2C and B2B shippers. The tiered framework recognizes partners for depth of capability, certified integrations and joint customer success. 
  • Updated nShift Checkout with leading brands. Norwegian cosmetics chain VITA now offers faster and more flexible delivery options at checkout using nShift together with Avensia and Adyen. Additional partner-led rollouts were completed with Kustom, Norce, Granditude, Bluemint, Svensk Handel and Walley, among others. 
  • An expanded ecosystem of technology and services partners. New collaborations include Prime Horizon Group for Blue Yonder WMS integration, Patchworks for connecting ecommerce and back-office systems into a unified delivery stack, and Type Global for automating parcel claims so issues are resolved faster and with less administration.
