Denise leads Market Growth at nShift, bringing more than 30 years of experience in global B2B SaaS and technology businesses. She has held senior leadership roles across private equity–backed and venture capital environments, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and scaling international teams. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and holds an MBA in Strategic Management.

Mary-Christine leads Professional Services at nShift, drawing on 25 years of experience in applied computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. She has held senior roles across the technology, banking, and insurance sectors, particularly in Private Equity–backed global businesses.
She is focused on delivering value through process innovation, customer technology investment, and strong service execution.

Thomas leads Commercial Finance and Strategic Operations at nShift, overseeing transactional finance (AR, AP, and contract management), internal systems, and company-wide efficiency and growth initiatives. With 20 years of experience in finance and operations across technology and retail, he is focused on building scalable, high-performing practices that drive value for our customers.
