Customer service results with ICANIWILL and continued investment in delivery technology recognized in two award categories
nShift has been named a finalist in two categories at the 2026 Supply Chain Excellence Awards, with nominations recognizing both the technology behind its delivery platform and the customer results it helps businesses achieve.
nShift and customer sportswear brand ICANIWILL (ICIW) have been shortlisted for The Customer Service Award, while nShift has also been named a finalist for The Digital Transformation Award – Software.
The Supply Chain Excellence Awards celebrate organizations demonstrating best practice, innovation and measurable results across supply chain management. Entries go through a rigorous judging process involving senior supply chain professionals.
Better delivery experiences, better customer service
The Customer Service Award nomination recognizes the work of ICANIWILL and nShift to improve the post-purchase experience for shoppers.
For ICANIWILL, better delivery communication has translated directly into a lower customer-service workload. Using nShift Track, the sportswear brand replaced generic carrier notifications with branded, proactive delivery updates, reducing delivery-related customer enquiries by 50% while giving shoppers greater visibility over their orders.
Turning digital delivery innovation into measurable value
nShift’s Digital Transformation Award nomination recognizes its wider investment in making ecommerce delivery more connected, intelligent and commercially useful.
The nShift platform brings together checkout, delivery management, fulfilment automation, tracking and returns, supported by more than 1,000 carrier connections and hundreds of integrations with ecommerce, ERP and warehouse systems.
Recent development has included a major upgrade to nShift Checkout, giving retailers greater control over the delivery options a customer sees at checkout, with a redesigned interface, flexible delivery rules and built-in A/B testing.
These capabilities help retailers test and optimize delivery choices based on factors such as location, basket value and product type, making it easier to improve customer experience and conversion without adding unnecessary operational complexity.
nShift is also expanding the intelligence available across its platform, including delivery-time prediction and new tools designed to improve carrier and freight-cost control. Together, these developments reflect nShift’s focus on measurable return from delivery technology. Customers are already using the platform to increase operational efficiency, improve conversion, reduce customer-service demand and protect delivery margins.
“Being named a finalist in two categories is fantastic recognition for our customers and our teams. The ICANIWILL story shows the direct connection between delivery and customer service. Giving customers better information can significantly reduce enquiries while creating a more confident post-purchase experience.
Our Digital Transformation nomination reflects a broader ambition. We want businesses to see a clear return from their delivery technology, whether that comes through stronger conversion, lower operational costs, better customer experiences or greater control over freight spend.
From the major upgrade to nShift Checkout to the innovations we are bringing to market next, we are continuing to make delivery data and technology more valuable to the businesses that depend on it.”
Jurgen Leijdekker, CEO nShift
The winners of the 2026 Supply Chain Excellence Awards will be announced on 5 November 2026 at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London.
