How OMS integration works with nShift
Once an order passes from the OMS to nShift, the carrier is booked under your agreements and allocation rules, and the label prints at the fulfilling site, whether that is a warehouse, store or drop-ship partner. Shipment status and tracking numbers return to the order in your OMS.
The same delivery setup can support orders fulfilled from warehouses, stores and other locations. Where nShift Checkout, Track and Returns are in use, they connect through the same order: the shopper's delivery choice travels with it into fulfillment, shipment events feed branded tracking and notifications, and returns register against the shipment that went out.
