What is a CX integration?
A CX integration connects order, delivery or return data from nShift with the marketing automation, messaging and customer service platforms your teams use. The receiving platform can apply that data to customer communications, post-purchase journeys and service workflows. Available data and setup options depend on the nShift products in use.
Which platforms can receive nShift delivery events?
Klaviyo, CM.com and Dotdigital can use nShift Track shipment updates in branded customer communications. nShift is also listed in Voyado’s integrations directory as a technology partner. Other CRMs, helpdesks and customer platforms can connect through HTTP or the Shipment Data API, using your own developers or a certified partner.
Which nShift events and updates can a CX platform use?
nShift Track maps carrier statuses into seven main categories, including booked, in transit, out for delivery, delivered and exception states. Your team can add events such as a label print or warehouse scan and flag shipments with no recent activity. nShift Delivery provides order and shipment creation events. The nShift Returns APIs provide return orders, summaries and refund status. Availability depends on the product, carrier and setup.
How does data reach the CX platform?
nShift Track can export events as they are recorded or on a schedule of up to 24 hours. Event-triggered exports can post to an HTTP endpoint using token, OAuth or basic authentication; file, email and SMS exports are also available. nShift configures the Track export profile from your endpoint documentation. nShift Delivery webhooks are self-service, while return data can be exchanged through the nShift Returns APIs.
Who controls consent and channel choice?
Consent, channel eligibility and journey rules stay with the customer profile in the receiving platform. That platform applies those rules to the delivery events sent by nShift. Service updates and marketing follow-ups should remain under separate consent and messaging rules.
Does this work when a logistics provider ships for us?
Yes, when the provider ships on nShift. Notification templates and Track profiles can be scoped to your account within the provider's setup. nShift can then pass delivery events into your platform while customer-facing updates use your brand. The exact arrangement depends on how the provider has configured nShift; see
3PL and 4PL integrations.
