Pioneers of digital delivery management
Unifaun and Consignor founded as pioneers in delivery management. Unifaun launched Pacsoft Online with Posten AB, one of the first web-based shipping systems.
1997
Scaling across the Nordics
Expansion into Finland broadened the Nordic footprint. The platforms also processed more than 400 million shipments in a single year, proving the ability to operate reliably at scale.
2010
Merging expertise, expanding reach
Unifaun merged with Memnon Networks, gaining broad carrier integrations and TMS expertise. Expanded into Poland, extending reach into Central and Eastern Europe.
2014
National solutions and Nordic growth
Posti SmartShip launched in Finland as a white-label solution. Expanded into Norway, adding regional carrier relationships and market presence.
2016
Innovation meets user experience
Unifaun launched the My Parcel app and Delivery Checkout, putting consumer-facing delivery tools in front of shoppers at scale.
2017
Half a billion parcels shipped
The platforms surpassed half a billion parcels handled, cementing their role as backbone infrastructure across Europe.
2018
Adding automation and integrations
Acquired Transsmart in the Netherlands, adding Benelux reach and deep ERP/WMS/TMS integration expertise.
2019
Unifaun + Consignor merge
Unifaun and Consignor merged. Unifaun contributed SaaS delivery management leadership and integrations; Consignor contributed international reach and multi-carrier enterprise platforms.
2021 (Feb)
Returnado joins and nShift is born
Acquired Returnado, Stockholm’s leading returns platform. Returnado added best-in-class returns technology. The combined business unified under a single brand: nShift.
2021 (Aug)
Welcoming Webshipper
Webshipper joined, contributing e-commerce integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon.

Introducing nShift Companion
nShift Companion launched as an AI-powered assistant inside Checkout. It helps users summarize configurations, understand the impact of changes, and get recommendations to improve their setup.
