Partner Days 2025: Foster Collaboration, and Smarter Delivery

Earlier this month, I had the privilege of hosting two in-person Partner Day events, one in Stockholm, Sweden and the other in Doorn, the Netherlands. These gatherings brought together technology pioneers, solution experts, and strategic collaborators to discuss the future of delivery management and how we can build momentum together. A heartfelt thank you to all who attended! Your insights and energy fuelled vibrant discussions and fresh perspectives. 

Redefining partnerships for growth  

One of the standout moments from Partner Days 2025 was the unveiling of the momentum update of our enhanced nShift Partner Program. Central to this update is a new certification framework: Bronze, Silver, and Gold; designed to provide greater clarity in showcasing partners' technical expertise, strategic alignment, and measurable impact on customers.  

Take Gold-certified partner insideSCM, for example. Their seamless product integration drives over 10,000,000 shipments annually, showcasing not only their technical expertise but also their dedication to delivering exceptional results. 

The updated program also introduces:  

  • Streamlined onboarding for faster collaboration.  
  • Expanded access to our carrier network.  
  • Greater visibility within our growing ecosystem built on trust and shared goals.  

Smarter delivery experiences with AI  

In Stockholm, keynote speaker John Ekman, founder of Conversionista and partner at Eidra, shared insights on using AI and behavioral psychology to understand customer behavior. He stressed the importance of observing what customers do, explaining that "to change behavior, you need to focus on behavior data." John demonstrated how combining behavioral psychology with AI analytics can help create more personalized and predictive delivery experiences, offering a powerful way to bridge the gap between assumptions and actual customer actions.  

In Doorn, the Netherlands, Sanna Cornelissen, behavioral psychologist and AI expert, offered a thoughtful exploration of how AI can act as an assistant—helping us work more efficiently and make smarter decisions. Through a range of tools and real-world examples, she highlighted how AI is already enhancing everyday workflows and enabling people to focus on higher-value tasks.  

Her insights also opened up new perspectives on the role of AI agents in delivery management—supporting tasks such as real-time ETA predictions, automating routine updates, and contributing to more transparent, proactive customer experiences from the moment of checkout. 

The enhanced nShift Checkout   

Mattias Gredenhag, CTO at nShift, shared insights into the evolution of the nShift platform at the Stockholm event. He highlighted new opportunities for partners and the excitement around the upgraded nShift Checkout, a solution designed to boost control, transparency, and conversions at checkout. 

The nShift platform has already proven its value, helping customers achieve impressive results: +20% in conversion rates and +30% in repeat purchases. The latest upgrade offers new features to deliver even better outcomes. 

Mattias outlined several major enhancements:  

  • Redesigned user experience: A faster, cleaner and more intuitive interface that simplifies managing checkout. 
  • Dynamic Rule Engine: Customize delivery options by cart value, location, product type, promotions and more—no coding needed.  
  • Real-Time Delivery Estimates: Display delivery times at checkout to help customers pick the best option.  
  • Built-In A/B Testing: Test delivery options and incentives to find what works best. 
  • Performance at Scale: Handles over 1,000 requests per second (RPS), ensuring smooth performance during peak traffic.  

The upgraded nShift Checkout offers a more intuitive design, allowing retailers to achieve more with fewer steps.  

Initial feedback from partners and customers has been highly positive. The upgraded features are empowering businesses to deliver better shopping experiences while improving efficiency and growth.

Partner Days 2025 reminded us that we’re not just building software—we’re building an ecosystem together. The ideas, collaborations, and energy shared at these events will help shape the next chapter in smarter, more connected delivery management.
