Imerco meets 240% surge in peak-season demand with nShift Ship
Imerco's diverse delivery needs left a need to build a delivery process that could meet their complex requirements. And it had to be one that could handle a 240% increase in demand during the peak season.
By forming a partnership with nShift Ship and with a newly established Autostore, Imerco has created a smart, sophisticated and scalable delivery process that has supported a 14% increase in annual shipments.

The challenge:
Imerco is Denmark's leading retailer of kitchenware and home goods.
To maintain and build on the brand’s significant omnichannel success, it is critical that they can safely ship their goods from the warehouse to 165 stores across the country, as well as to end consumers. They specialize in kitchenware, table settings and home accessories. Many of their products require careful handling and shipping. Most recently, Imerco has invested significantly in a "next-generation" robotic warehouse involving AutoStore from Element Logic.
Creating such a sophisticated yet agile delivery process can be challenging, even when demand is steady. But during the peak season, Imerco's orders increase by as much as 240%. The delivery process must be able to scale up to match.
Imerco decided to invest in a delivery platform that could meet these needs.

The solution:
