RevolutionRace is a fast-growing outdoor apparel company, known for its high-performance gear and direct-to-consumer e-commerce model.

Operating 18 webshops in 11 languages and serving customers in 35 countries, the brand needed a shipping solution that could adapt to local preferences while scaling internationally.

To sustain that pace of growth, the team wanted a checkout solution that could connect easily to multiple carriers, work across languages and currencies, and get up and running quickly.

Challenge

When RevolutionRace launched a new website, the team had to decide whether to build a logistics setup from scratch or adopt a ready-made, scalable solution that already included integrations with leading carriers.

Given the brand’s expansion goals and fast-moving logistics requirements, building in-house wasn’t an option. The company needed a system that could:

  • Offer a range of delivery choices across markets.

  • Integrate seamlessly with existing webshops.

  • Scale quickly into new countries.

Solution

RevolutionRace runs its checkout through Klarna Shipping Service, supplemented by the nShift Checkout widget, connecting directly to its e-commerce platforms and carrier network.

This enables the company to display accurate, localised delivery choices that reflect each customer’s preferred service and language.

Our priority was to get up and running quickly with as little hassle as possible. We want to be able to offer the delivery options requested by our customers in the different markets and their respective languages. And that is exactly the outcome we got.

The flexible setup supports new-market launches, helping the team meet its target of adding two to four new markets per year, and ensures consistent delivery experiences across all regions.

Results

RevolutionRace now gives customers in 35 countries the freedom to choose how and where they receive their orders.

The combination of Klarna Shipping Service and nShift Checkout provides flexibility, speed, and localisation - all while minimising operational complexity for the team.
