In addition to its 180 bricks-and-mortar stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, Gina Tricot also has an e-commerce operation that extends throughout Europe.
All online orders are dispatched from a central warehouse in Borås, Sweden, which also handles dispatches and returns to and from the company’s stores. This results in a constant flow of new products, orders, returns and inventory refills. Gina Tricot needed a flexible delivery management solution that would enable them to streamline the logistics as much as possible.
