Andrew was appointed CFO of nShift in January 2023. He has spent the last 15 years in CFO roles for Private Equity backed technology businesses based in the United Kingdom and the United States. He is passionate that finance should not just be a gate keeper of the back-office but should also use analytical skill sets to help all functions of the business improve and make better decisions. In addition to his role at nShift Andrew is an independent Trustee of Air Ambulances UK, the national organization championing and supporting the life saving work of the UK’s 21 air ambulance charities.

Mattias heads up the performance of nShift’s multipurpose software, overseeing product management and leading research & development projects. Mattias has more than 12 years of experience in the Delivery Management industry and the SaaS market, holding various senior positions in the industry for many years.

Claire is responsible for the high-performing marketing function. She has held a series of leadership roles and was most recently the CMO of Questionmark, the online assessment provider, where she delivered rapid growth. Claire has also worked across private equity, logistics, technology, legal and financial services.

Nick is FCIPD Qualified and is responsible for managing and overseeing the HR practices and delivering nShift’s global HR strategy. He has extensive experience as a commercial HR professional within the B2B Enterprise Software market and with major retail brands. His specialities include organisational design, cultural and performance management and culture change.

Thomas is responsible for strategic projects with the objective to improve the customer experience, internal processes, growth and profitability. Thomas has 15 years of experience leading finance departments. Primarily within software development and retail in companies such as Consafe Logistics and Plantasjen.

David heads up our Customer Service organisation at nShift. Since leaving the Armed Forces, David has gained significant experience during the last 25+ years building and leading high performing global enterprise customer service teams. He strongly believes a great and effortless customer experience is foundational to establishing and strengthening long term customer relationships.
