In 2014, Papyrus Supplies was looking for a new delivery management system that would give them greater control over the 500,000 or so parcels they send to customers every year.
The key qualities they were looking for in their new system were simplicity and cost-effectiveness. They also wanted a solution that could integrate with their existing systems and that would be easy to scale.
