When you’re a leading European paper merchant sending close to 500,000 parcels a year, you need a delivery management system that offers as much flexibility as possible. That’s why Papyrus Supplies chose nShift.
nShift DeliveryHub integrated with SAP
In 2014, Papyrus Supplies was looking for a new delivery management system that would give them greater control over the 500,000 or so parcels they send to customers every year.
The key qualities they were looking for in their new system were simplicity and cost-effectiveness. They also wanted a solution that could integrate with their existing systems and that would be easy to scale.
After a six-month tender process involving several of the major players in the delivery management industry, Papyrus Supplies opted for nShift DeliveryHub. “The decisive thing about [nShift] was that it was a total solution,” Petter Skoglund, Logistic Director at Papyrus Supplies, explains. “It was simple to connect with SAP and there was a match between our needs and the various functions of the platform.”
As far as Petter Skoglund is concerned, the biggest impact nShift has had is in making the shipping process at Papyrus Supplies simpler and more professional. “It’s about quality,” he says. “With [nShift], we can more easily track shipments, mistakes and overbilling, and we are more flexible to new carriers. In short, the platform increases quality, usability and the structure when working with shipments.”
