Warehouse Function	Tool that allows warehouse teams to scan labels and see return information in the nShift Return admin software
Exchanges	Allows consumers to exchange item for e.g. another color or size. nShift return will pull all products, check stock, VAT and discounts. Creates orders in external system.
BI - API	PI to connect the retailer's external BI-system to nShift return, e.g. Qlik or Power BI.
