More about the 30-day trial period

Customers who sign up to our services on a standard subscription term of 12 months. They will gain access to our full platform, but now have the option to leave within 30 calendar days if they believe the service doesn’t fit their needs. In that scenario, nShift terminates the account immediately without any charges. The customer might receive an invoice during these 30 days, but this will be credited if they terminate the account within 30 calendar days.

We have updated our general terms and conditions (2.2) to reflect these changes. Customers that choose to stay with us need take no action since they are using the services with a real account and are signed up on a standard 12-month subscription term.


More details about the plans

By parcel we mean parcel ID processed in nShift’s systems. For carrier services where the carrier does not use an identifier per parcel for its own use, nShift will assign a parcel ID per parcel in nShift's systems. A processed parcel ID is created, stored, printed, booked, assigned, imported, EDI transferred or otherwise managed by nShift.

Subscription Plan price is presented as a monthly fee which includes:
• Platform fee (committed parcel numbers & chosen plan)
• carrier fee (Carrier fee is 2 % of the platform fee per carrier).

Plan Price is invoiced annual in advance.

By using the application, nShift has legal right to debit the invoice address stated above. If you agree to the user terms based on a campaign or trial period, the prices will automatically be adjusted. You will find all the applying conditions for products from nShift above.
