Something breaks in your delivery operation and you need an answer fast. A label rule changed, or a scan went missing in the middle of peak. There are two ways to get unstuck: find the fix yourself in the help center, or bring it to our support team. Now both meet you in your own language.
Solve it yourself, now in six languages
The nShift help centers are now available in six local languages: Danish, Dutch, Finnish, German, Norwegian, and Swedish. The nShift, TMS, Ship, and Transsmart help centers carry all six. Delivery is available in four of them (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish), and Webshipper in Danish.

Over the past weeks, we've worked diligently to translate over 1,000 help articles into around 5,000 pages, along with the section names and interface text around them.
Or ask us, in the language you prefer
Some problems are quicker to hand to a person. When you do, you do not have to switch to English to be understood.
When you message support in your own language, AI translation makes sure it comes through accurately and the reply comes back clearly. If you would rather talk, ask to be connected with a representative who speaks your language. Calls are routed by language wherever possible, and when the local-language line is busy an English-speaking colleague picks it up, so you are not left waiting.
Local teams across the Nordics and the Netherlands know the context you operate in. nShift was built by bringing together local delivery companies across these markets: Unifaun in Sweden, Consignor in Norway, Transsmart in the Netherlands.
Working in your language is part of where nShift came from. English-speaking colleagues extend the hours beyond local office times and cover every product, wherever you are.
Whether you read the fix or ask for it, the language you think in is no longer what stands between you and a delivery back under control.
Find answers in your language in the nShift help center, or submit a request and write to us in yours.
