Teams can now get instant product guidance inside Track, helping them manage branded tracking, notifications and delivery visibility with greater confidence.
nShift, the global leader in delivery and experience management, today announced that nShift Companion, its AI assistant, is now available in nShift Track.
nShift Companion offers users guidance directly in the application, helping them to get more out of Track. Instead of searching documentation or waiting for support, teams can ask questions, such as how to configure features like branded tracking pages, delivery notifications, and reporting, taking the next step immediately and without technical expertise.
nShift Track helps retailers and brands manage the post-purchase experience, from branded notifications and tracking pages to delivery performance reporting. Customers using Track see 50% fewer delivery-related support tickets, while branded delivery updates outperform standard marketing emails by up to 5x on click-through.
Companion in Track is the latest step in bringing nShift Companion across the delivery platform. It is already available in nShift Checkout, where it helps teams understand and improve their checkout configuration. The launch continues the series of AI capabilities nShift has introduced across the platform in 2026, including nShift ETA, the AI-powered delivery prediction capability announced in May.
nShift plans to expand Companion in Track with shipment-aware support, so that teams will be able to ask about specific shipments and get answers grounded in their own delivery data.
