nShift, the global leader in delivery and experience management, today announced that it has been shortlisted in two categories at the eCommerce Awards 2026: eCommerce Delivery Excellence and Best eCommerce Support Business.
The shortlisting recognizes nShift’s role in helping retailers improve the delivery journey, from checkout and carrier management to tracking, returns and customer experience.
Organized by eCommerce Expo, in partnership with IMRG, the eCommerce Awards celebrate businesses, teams and partners shaping the future of online retail. Finalists are selected by a judging panel of ecommerce industry leaders.
The eCommerce Delivery Excellence category recognizes businesses setting a high standard for how online orders reach customers, including speed, reliability, visibility and the systems that support delivery performance.
More than 20,000 businesses use the nShift delivery and experience management platform to manage delivery from checkout to returns. The nShift platform connects companies to more than 1,000 carriers, processes millions of parcels each day and supports deliveries to 190 countries.
nShift has also been shortlisted for Best eCommerce Support Business, which recognizes partners that help ecommerce businesses grow through expertise, commitment and measurable support.
The two shortlistings reflect the breadth of what nShift delivers: the technology that powers delivery performance and the support that helps ecommerce businesses grow.
