Recognition highlights nShift work with ICANIWILL to create a more connected, branded post-purchase experience.

LONDON, April 2026 – nShift today announced it has been shortlisted for Customer Experience Innovation of the Year at the Retail Systems Awards 2026.

Now in their 21st year, the Retail Systems Awards recognize excellence and innovation across the European retail sector. The shortlist recognizes nShift’s work with sportswear brand ICANIWILL (ICIW) to improve the post-purchase experience, the period after checkout when delivery communication plays a major role in customer confidence and brand perception.

Using the nShift delivery and experience management platform, ICIW built a fully branded post-purchase journey that replaced inconsistent third-party updates with a more connected customer experience. This turned routine delivery communication into a stronger brand touchpoint and a new channel for customer engagement.

The results included a 50% reduction in delivery-related queries and a 25% click-through rate on post-purchase communications.
