nShift Companion and agentic carrier connectivity bring AI to nShift’s delivery platform, which spans checkout, shipping, tracking, and returns.

nShift, the global leader in delivery and experience management, today announced it has been named as a Representative Vendor in the 2026 Gartner® Market Guide for Multicarrier Parcel Management Solutions, for its multicarrier parcel management solution, nShift Ship. This is the second consecutive guide in which nShift has been named as a Representative Vendor, following its inclusion in the 2024 Gartner Market Guide for Multicarrier Parcel Management Solutions.

nShift has put AI at the center of how it helps customers run complex delivery operations. In March 2026, the company launched nShift Companion, an AI assistant that lets teams manage delivery settings and get best-practice guidance in plain language. In April 2026, it announced the first fully agentic carrier integration technology in the industry, reducing the manual work involved in adding and managing carrier connections.

“We set out to lead this market with AI, not follow it. Last year we built the first fully agentic carrier integration technology in the industry, and nShift Companion put plain-language control of complex delivery operations into our customers’ hands. Seeing both reflected in this guide confirms the direction. Shippers are absorbing more carriers, higher costs, and tighter delivery promises at once, and AI is how they can manage that complexity without adding headcount.”

Jurgen Leijdekker, CEO nShift.

Parcel volumes keep rising while carrier networks grow more complex and delivery promises get tighter. nShift helps shippers respond by combining access to a network of more than 1,000 carriers with automation and visibility from checkout through to returns. Customers use the platform to lift checkout conversion by offering more delivery choices, to rate-shop across carriers for lower shipping costs, and to reduce “where is my order” contacts with proactive, branded tracking. The platform also calculates the carbon footprint of every shipment, helping businesses report on emissions and offer lower-impact delivery options.

“Customers want control without complexity. nShift Companion lets a person manage sophisticated delivery settings in everyday language, and agentic AI connectivity lets the platform handle more of the manual setup itself. Both are built on the depth of our delivery data and our direct carrier relationships, which is what makes them reliable at scale.”
