JMA Maskindata AB develops DSM, a dealer management business system built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV for machinery dealers and distributors, with integrated modules for CRM, service management, inventory and accounting plus webshop commerce and field service tools. It serves machinery trade companies across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Germany.
DSM has a documented order coupling with nShift Delivery (formerly Unifaun Online and Pacsoft Online): the shipping system reuses recipient, order number and service data from the DSM business system, so transport documents can be printed and EDI sent to carriers directly from DSM. The integration is described both on nShift's legacy Unifaun site and in JMA's own integration documentation.
