Lightspeed Commerce develops a cloud-based point-of-sale and commerce platform that unifies in-store and online sales for retail, restaurant and golf businesses. The platform spans POS, payment processing, e-commerce storefronts, inventory management, analytics and a B2B wholesale platform (NuORDER), supported by hardware such as terminals and scanners. Lightspeed operates in over 100 countries and serves multi-location retailers as well as independent merchants.
nShift documents a supported Lightspeed integration in its help center: merchants connect their Lightspeed store using the API key and secret from Lightspeed's developer settings, creating an order channel in nShift's Webshipper-based platform. Orders then sync into nShift for shipping rate configuration, carrier booking, label generation and tracking.
