Experienced private-equity and Technology leader to join ecommerce delivery and experience management platform as new CEO
nShift, the ecommerce delivery and experience management platform, has appointed Jurgen Leijdekker as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective today. His appointment reflects the company’s commitment to deepening its customer focus and driving the next phase of growth.
Commenting on his appointment, Jurgen said: “nShift has earned a reputation as a trusted partner, powering hundreds of millions of ecommerce deliveries every year, delivered by tens of thousands of business to destinations across the world. Jurgen succeeds Michael Hunt, who served as interim CEO and will continue to support the company as a board member, a role he has held since 2022. Michael is also a Senior Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting.

Jurgen brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in B2B technology sectors, with a strong track record in delivering commercial success and scaling businesses backed by private equity.
Most recently, as CEO of PayComplete, a global cash management technology provider, Jurgen led the company’s expansion into new markets by launching the industry’s leading technology platform. Prior to that, as CEO of HireRight, a global HR tech platform, he spearheaded technology transformation initiatives, laying the groundwork for long-term growth.
In addition to his executive role, Jurgen serves as chairman of the board at service-management software firm TOPdesk and previously held the same role at Zenchef, restaurant bookings platform.
