The company, with around 25 employees at the time, was acquired by the Swedish digitalization group dizparc in 2021 and now operates as Dizparc Everest, focusing on Business Central implementations for the Swedish SME market.
Dizparc's Business Central offering, which Everest is now part of, lists integrations with transport administration systems including nShift among its warehouse and logistics add-ons, connecting the ERP to carrier booking, labels, and shipment data.
