Within three months of deciding to enhance their online checkout with nShift Checkout, Stadium had launched the solution across their entire operation.
The initial plan had been to start off in just one market. But, as Stadium’s Logistics Director, Daniel Johansson, explains: “[It] is much smoother than we expected this type of solution to be. When we realized how robust it was and how easy it was to set up, we were able to act quickly and implement it in all of our markets.”
Thanks to nShift Checkout, Stadium can now offer customers the choice of having parcels delivered to their homes, to a pick-up point or to collect-in-store. And by using the solution in combination with nShift’s delivery management platform, they also have total control over the entire process, from the purchase at the checkout to picking at the warehouse to transport and delivery.
