Inex Partners Oy is a logistics company from Finland wholly owned by SOK. The company's task is to provide warehousing, transportation and other logistics services for the S Group's grocery and home and specialty goods chains. The company's main offices are logistics centers in Bastukärri, Sipoo. Inex's transports consist of flows of goods from both foreign and domestic suppliers to logistics centers, warehouses and terminals and from there to stores, as well as transports of returned, recyclable fractions from stores to sites utilizing fractions. Inex Partners Oy owns 50% of Finnfrost Oy, which specializes in providing frozen food procurement and distribution services to retail and HoReCa units. Sipoo's new grocery and consumer goods logistics centers, together with Inex's regional terminals, form a network covering the whole of Finland, through which products are delivered to the S Group's stores in Finland, Estonia and Russia.
